For the wraps
Nori seaweed sheets
1 carrot
¼ head red cabbage
1 avocado
½ cucumber
1 bell pepper
For the sauce
1 garlic clove
1½ teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoon honey
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
For the wraps
