why stretch???
Stretch therapy is a guided, assisted form of stretching performed by a trained professional. Using controlled, science-based techniques, your body is gently moved through specific stretches designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and release built-up tension. Nicole McKee tailors each session to your body’s needs—helping to enhance movement, support recovery, and prepare your muscles for deeper massage work.
When most people think of stretching, they picture simple movements like reaching for their toes or doing a few quick lunges before activity. While these can be beneficial, they only begin to address what the body truly needs.
Our stretch therapy sessions go beyond basic movement. Using science-based techniques, Nicole McKee works with your body to improve mobility, release areas of tightness, and support better overall function.
We recommend beginning with stretch therapy before your massage, followed by time in our infrared sauna. This sequence allows muscles to open, lengthen, and fully relax—enhancing the benefits of your massage and creating a deeper, more restorative experience.
Stretch therapy isn’t just an add-on—it’s an essential part of how we support functional movement, recovery, and long-term wellness.
