Ingredients
For the wraps
Nori seaweed sheets
1 carrot
¼ head red cabbage
1 avocado
½ cucumber
1 bell pepper
For the sauce
1 garlic clove
1½ teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoon honey
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup soy sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Instructions
For the wraps
  1. Finely slice all the veggies.
  2. Lay out seaweed sheets and layer veggies inside.
  3. Roll up veggie wraps. Enjoy!
For the sauce
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the ingredients until well blended.
  2. When adding in the Ginger essential oil, use a toothpick and stir in 1-2 toothpick amounts of essential oil.
