As the summer season starts rolling, our schedules tend to get even busier with the kids out of school.

Whether you’re continually running them to a friends house, sports practice, birthday parties, or running errands to capitalize on summer sales, dōTERRA Peppermint is your perfect pick me up! Add one drop of Peppermint with a cut fruit like strawberries or limes for a deliciously infused water.

Peppermint oil makes a healthy addition to any beverage because it helps promote healthy respiratory function and clear breathing, and by adding dōTERRA Peppermint oil to something as simple as the water you drink, you encourage healthy respiratory function in your body while simultaneously changing up the flavor to your drinks.

Peppermint Description

The peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and was first described by Carl Linneaus in 1753. A high menthol content—like that found in the dōTERRA Peppermint essential oil—distinguishes the best quality Peppermint from other products. Frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral hygiene, Peppermint also helps alleviate occasional stomach upset and promotes healthy respiratory function when taken internally.* Peppermint continues to be one of the best-selling favorites among doTERRA essential oils.
